  • User Data: Refers to all data provided by the Client or generated by their use of the Services.
  • Confidential Information: Includes proprietary business information, technical data, and other sensitive materials disclosed under this agreement.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or meet the legal requirements in your jurisdiction.
  • Abide by all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.
  • Use the Services solely for legitimate business purposes.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

Mango9 offers tailored solutions to meet specific client needs, including:

  • Advanced IVR (Interactive Voice Response) systems.

4.3 Service Limitations

Mango9 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, updates, and third-party issues may cause temporary interruptions.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services to transmit unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer any aspect of the Services.
  • Send unsolicited bulk communications ("spam").
  • Violate the intellectual property or privacy rights of Mango9 or third parties.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

6. Billing, Fees, and Payments

You agree to pay all applicable fees based on your selected pricing plan. Payments are:

Overdue payments may result in:

8. Intellectual Property Rights

10. Service Suspension and Termination

10.2 Termination by Mango9

Mango9 may suspend or terminate Services for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Breach of these Terms.
  • Failure to pay fees.

10.3 Post-Termination Obligations

Upon termination, you are responsible for:

  • Settling outstanding balances.
  • Retrieving your data before account deactivation.

11. Warranties and Disclaimers

Mango9 provides the Services "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mango9 disclaims:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Non-infringement.
  • Accuracy and reliability of results.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Mango9 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services in the prior 12 months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Mango9 against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms.

  • Violations of applicable laws.

14. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
