To configure a phone number to ring to a specific destination, start by clicking on "My Numbers," then select "Manage," followed by "Active Numbers." On the right side of the screen, choose the desired destination, which can be an IVR, a direct extension, or the company voicemail. Once you see the confirmation message, make a test call to ensure the number rings to the correct destination. This process helps you efficiently direct calls where they need to go.
Go to your "My Profile" page and click on the "Extension" tab. Download the Windows or Mac application. Then, click on "Configure My Desktop App" or use the username and password under the QR code to log in and configure it manually.

To install the Mango 9 click to call and click to text plugin for your Chrome browser, follow these steps. First, go to the browser extension section of your portal. Click on the download icon, and add the extension to your Chrome browser. Once installed, make sure to pin the extension to your toolbar for easy access and visibility. Next, you need to activate the plugin.
Click on the Mango 9 icon. You'll be prompted to sign up or log in. If you already have an account, click sign in, and you'll be directed to the activation page. Click on activate extension to link it with your desktop phone or the app on your iPhone or Android device. After seeing the green activation notice, your extension is active, and you can make calls or send texts by clicking on the dial and text icons next to phone numbers.
1. Access Voice Features: Click on “Voice Features” and then click the “Add” button to open IVR options.
2. Name Your IVR: Give your IVR a name, e.g., “My IVR.”
3. Assign an Extension: Choose an unused extension range, such as 555 or 777.
4. Attach a Greeting: Add your greeting message.
5. Set Up Options: Define options for pressing 1, 2, 3, etc., and specify the destination for each.
6. Enable Direct Dial: Allow callers to directly dial an extension.
7. Advanced Features: Set up nested IVR features and other advanced options.
8. Configure Call Routing: Go to “My Numbers” and route calls from a specific phone number to the new IVR.
First, set a name for your Ring Group, like “My Ring Group.” Assign an unused extension for the ring group, such as 777. Choose a greeting message that callers will hear before the call reaches the ring group, such as “This call will be monitored and recorded.”
Add the extensions that will be part of the ring group, like extension 100. Also, set a timeout destination for when no one answers within a certain time frame, directing the call to another extension or voicemail.
